Each RentConfident Report is researched by hand. Reports are completed in the order they are received. We understand that the rental market moves quickly and believe that customers have a right to change their mind. However, we also value the hard work performed by our employees.
Report Status and Cancellations. Reports you have ordered may be listed in your account with one of four different status options: Queued, In Process, Complete and Archived. Reports with the Queued status have not yet been started by our researchers and are eligible for cancellation. Reports marked as In Process, Complete or Archived may not be cancelled.
Report Refunds. Reports that are marked as Queued may be cancelled and refunded using the Contact form above. Refunds issued will be for the price paid for the report, less any coupons or discounts you successfully applied at checkout.
Gift Certificate Refunds. Gift Certificates may be refunded to the purchaser until such time as any portion of their initial value is used to purchase goods or services from RentConfident.
Changing and Correcting Reports. Address replacements and changes to submitted data such as bedroom counts, unit numbers and rent rates may be submitted using the contact form above. Our support agents can change and correct the data on a report as long as it has the Queued status in your account. Gift certificate recipient contact information may also be changed using the contact form above.
Changing and Correcting Gift Certificates. We can change recipients on Gift Certificates until such time as the original recipient uses any portion of the original gift certificate value to purchase goods or services from RentConfident.
